Plan your trip
Dying to finally get to the Belgian Coast again? Discover here what plans have been put in place to ensure that you’ll be able to enjoy the Belgian Coast in all safety. Or plan a multi-day trip to take full advantage of all the amenities our Belgian Coast has the offer.
Expected in the next few days
With the announced summer weather it could get quite busy on the Coast in the coming days. It is best to avoid the centres of the seaside resorts between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. A little further along the waterline it is usually much quieter.
Do you want to enjoy cooling down by the refreshing sea? Then preferably come for a few days and enjoy the peace and quiet in the morning and the setting sun in the evening. In the afternoon, opt for a siesta or go to the sea just outside the centres. The walking network is often an oasis of tranquillity. From the seaside resorts there are also many cycling routes.
Beach, promenade and crowds
In order to be able to oversee crowding at the coast, we developed a number of handy tools: a coast-wide beach and promenade guidelines overview and a live pressure barometer.
