Old Fisher, which is located on the corner of Heldenplein and the ever-busy Graaf d’Ursellaan, has been a firm favourite with foodies for several decades. Master chef Dirk Defruyt has worked hard, from his open kitchen, to transform Old Fisher into an outstanding restaurant, that combines contemporary elegance with the best the sea has to offer. They also serve a lunch and a market menu, with modern dishes thought up by the chef. In winter, the menu also features game dishes. But they also think of meat lovers here, serving a fillet steak of Belgian White and Blue.
