Bredene Heritage walking route
Bredene is the outsider among the coastal towns. Thanks to the close proximity of ‘big brother’ Ostend, the town exudes a genuine maritime atmosphere. The walking route starts from one of the most important witnesses of fisherman’s devotion on our coast, i.e. the fisherman’s chapel. Subsequently, it leads to, among other things, the beating heart of the tourist town of Bredene, along the numerous caravan parks. It is no coincidence that this seaside town is known as the home of camping on the coast. To this day, this form of recreation still contributes to the unique atmosphere of the town.
