GETTING THERE

TRAIN

Eurostar (eurostar.com). - Travel from London’s St Pancras International or Ebbsfleet (junction 2 of the M25) to Brussels Midi. The journey takes just under 2 hours from London. Tickets to Brussels are valid to any Belgian destination; there are hourly trains from Brussels to De Panne, Koksijde, Ostend, Blankenberge, Zeebrugge and Knokke-Heist. FERRY

Norfolkline (norfolkline.com). -  Crossings from Dover to Dunkerque takes 1 hour 45 minutes.
Transeuropa Ferries (transeuropaferries.com). Ramsgate to Ostend crossing takes 4 hours.
P&O Ferries (poferries.com). Crossings from Dover to Calais take 1 hour 30 minutes. There is one service a day from Hull at 7pm, arriving in Zeebrugge the following morning. Flanders is a 40-minute car journey from Calais and around 25 minutes from Dunkerque.

AIR

The main airports are Ostend, Antwerp, Brussels Airlines and Charleroi.

ALONG THE COAST, TAKE THE COASTAL TRAM OR BUS

At the Coast you can use the Coastal Tram and bus. The Coastal Tram is with his slentght of 67 kilometre the longest tram connection in the world. The70 stops makes hopping on an off very easy. Travelling between the seaside villages and resorts is convenient, quick and stylish. Even the bus brings you everywhere!
